Josephine Amalie von Bülow is a cross-disciplinary filmmaker and artist based in UK. Her work explores the boundaries between fiction and reality, drawing inspiration from documentary and anthropology.

During her time at Chelsea College of Arts, Josephine co-founded the art collective BordersBorderless with a group of European art students, creating political works of art over a period of 3 years in collaboration with the Wonder Foundation and Counterpoints Arts.

Her focus on storytelling led to a natural progression into films and in 2021 she graduated from The Royal College of Art with a Masters Degree in Documentary Animation.

Josephine is currently working at Flying Duck Studio Lab as a producer, assistant creative director and freelance director.
