Bread and Grapes is an open table dinner installation by the art duo Josephine Amalie von Bülow and Zsuzsa Benke​ marking the launch of a new event series taking place at HOXTON 253 art project space. ⁣
⁣
The event is a performative semi-structured dinner discussion with emerging, mid-career⁣
and established artists. ⁣
This is the first occasion of a recurring project, which will host dinners as discursive bridging events between artists of different backgrounds and other professional guests.⁣
⁣
The aim of the first event was to reflect on different aspects of collaboration, whether it is between family, artists and members of the public, cross-disciplinary professionals or institutions.⁣
⁣
